The tune up for the discerning rider. Perfect for bikes that have seen heavy use or are needed for an upcoming race or event.

*We have a variety of excellent chain lubricants available. Our favorite is Squirt Lube. This is a wax-based PFAS free lube which is applied after the chain is completely clean and dry.  Brent has been using Squirt lube for decades with excellent results. Squirt does really well in wet conditions that we see here in our area. If you go with our recommendation of Squirt lube you will need to only use squirt lube on the chain (unless it is stripped and dried again) We have Squirt available to purchase at the shop.

Everything in The Level 2 Tune  Plus the Following:

. Cleaning and lubrication of disc brake pistons

. Hydraulic disc brake fluid flush/bleed

. Freehub overhaul

. Installation of new shift cable and housing if needed

Current Turnaround 24-48 hours

Recommended annually. This tune gets us into your bearings which can improve performance and prolong the life of expensive hubs, headsets and bottom brackets. If you wash your bike off regularly or ride in wet conditions, we recommend this tune twice a year.

​*For sealed cartridge bearings "overhaul" means we carefully remove the lip seals on the bearings, clean and inspect, repack with a secret special blend of grease that Brent spent years perfecting (amazing for cartridge bearings!). This method can often give new life to rough and crunchy bearings but not always. In the event a bearing is too far gone it will be replaced at $20.00 additional labor and the price of the parts needed.
